What are your shipping costs ?

We currently only offer registered Standard Air Mail ($US15) which orders normally arrive within 10 - 28 days after being shipped. All shipments are gauranteed.

Do you guarantee your products?

At All-RXMeds.com we support our products and services with a 100% guarantee. All our products are sourced only from reputable international pharmaceutical companies and suppliers. If your purchase is faulty in any way we'll be pleased to replace it. All-RXMeds.com is not responsible for orders lost due to unreliable postal services, incorrect address details or customs seizures. See section below on USA customs policy.

Where are you located?

We are an Australia, but source our medication from reputable wholesalers from around the world. All our products are made by respectable pharmacuetical companies and are shipped in original packaging.

Are your medicines safe and of proper quality?

Absolutely Yes. We supply both branded and generic medicines. A generic medicine contains the same active ingredient as a prescription medicine that is no longer protected by patent. Any number of such copies can be placed on the market, all with formulations similar, but not necessarily identical, to the original product. However, they must all go through the same stringent safety and quality requirements demanded of the original product.

Do you accept money orders?

We only accept payment by the following credit cards, Mastercard, Visa. We do not accept money orders or COD.

Why is the name of my product in brackets?

We are based outside the US and products are often sold under a different name. They are the same brand name product, sold by the same company under a different name or equivalent brand name product made by another pharmaceutical company.

How long will it take to get my order?

Standard Air Mail shipments normally arrive within 10 - 28 days of being shipped. We generally ship within 24 hrs of processing the order or next business day, but occasionally delays will occur when items are on back order. If an item is on back order it can take up to 7 days to be back in stock.

Can I track my order?

You will recieve a shipping confirmation email. Standard Air mail shipping provides no online tracking service and must be tracked from our end.

Do you offer medical advice?

Like all our products we recommend you seek medical advice before use. We do not offer consultations in any form.
